Abstract:
This work provides an extensive explanation of the strategy for successfully applying the Background Oriented Schlieren technique to a supersonic flow of organic vapor, obtaining quantitative information about the density gradient. The project was carried out in the ORCHID facility installed in the High Speed Lab at TU Delft.
